What is this job about?
By joining Geyser as an Electrochemical Scientist/Engineer, you will work on the development of high-power aqueous batteries, at the cell level. We appreciate your knowledge and experience in electrochemistry of carbonaceous materials in aqueous solution of electrolytes (acid, base, neutral), but we also value your desire to apply your knowledge and skills from experience of developing other advanced electrochemistries, be it from working in a supercapacitor or battery industry. In order to succeed in this position, you should have 5+ years of experience in industrial development of electrochemical energy storage and have a hands-on attitude to working. Excellent English written and oral communication skills are expected.
In this position your daily task list at Geyser Batteries could consist of:

Inorganic synthesis and preparing of different types of aqueous electrolytes and their improvement based on application requirements;

Researching and developing of electrochemical processes and applying this work in the laboratory conditions;

Evaluating materials for improvement of battery performance;

Cell development and cell characterization;

Preparing and developing technical documentation to ensure quality standards are followed;
